At UFP MedTech, we strive to design and develop quality packaging solutions that address our customers’ main concerns. In the allograft packaging space, this includes using materials that protect an implant being transported to the operating room, while maintaining proper temperatures for up to 120 hours.
With decades of experience, access to an array of advanced medical grade materials, packaging design expertise and cleanroom fabrication capabilities, we have the ability to provide custom allograft packaging solutions that meet the stringent requirements of the bio-implant industry.
UFP MedTech has manufactured a variety of custom reusable and single-use allograft packaging solutions designed to protect bio-implants at various temperatures, while reducing impact shock during transportation and storage. These solutions include:
Our suspension frame offers ultimate protection during the shipment and storage of allografts. Enveloped tightly in a durable film that suspends products within a frame, the suspension film absorbs shocks during impact, allowing allografts to move within a cushion of air. This prevents damage by eliminating contact with the insulated shipper.
Constructed with recyclable components and available in both reusable and single-use versions, our AlloShell insulated shipper takes weight off of sensitive allograft implants by suspending them vertically inside of our customizable frame.
Our customizable freezer rack expansion sleeves can double the capacity of your liquid nitrogen freezer.
